In order for the Booth Staff to do an efficient job, booth Staff must maintain effective working relationship with other event workers, featured guests, organizers and other involved parties. At a corporate function, for example, booth staff may discuss the schedule with event planners to ensure activities go as planned–oftentimes having to change plans when conditions change.. At functions where connections, engagement with consumers is key, the booth staff must get along well with everyone which include their boss, the event team, and co workers. If these working relationships aren’t amicable, the whole event may be far more difficult and less successful than it should be. It’s also good for the booth staff to be as prepared as possible–so that she may easily connect consumers with accommodation or other services they may require.
